Affordability and Housing
Keeping Saratoga livable for families, seniors, and the next generation
Saratoga should be a place where people can build a life, raise a family, age with dignity, and stay connected to the community they love.
But too many families, workers, young people, and seniors are being squeezed by rising costs. Jeri believes Saratoga needs thoughtful, responsible housing solutions that meet our obligations, respect neighborhood character, and keep our city livable for more people.
That means supporting smart planning, listening to residents, and working toward housing options that serve real community needs - not one-size-fits-all decisions made without local input.
Sustainability and Climate Action
Protecting Saratoga today and for the next generation
Saratoga’s natural beauty is one of its greatest strengths. Protecting it requires serious, local action.
Jeri supports practical sustainability policies that reduce pollution, prepare for climate impacts, conserve resources, and protect open space. She believes the city should lead with common sense: cleaner transportation options, energy-conscious planning, responsible land use, and resilience against heat, drought, wildfire, and flooding.
For Jeri, climate action is not a slogan. It is a responsibility to our children, our neighborhoods, and the future of Saratoga.
Responsive Local Government
A City Hall that listens, explains, and follows through
Jeri believes good government starts with respect.
Residents deserve a City Hall that is accessible, transparent, and responsive - one that listens before making decisions and explains the tradeoffs honestly.
Jeri has spent years building relationships, working through complex policy issues, and advocating for people whose voices are too often left out. She knows progress does not happen by shouting the loudest. It happens by listening carefully, finding common ground, and doing the work.
On Council, Jeri will be a steady, accessible voice for Saratoga residents.
Public Safety
Safe neighborhoods start with strong local planning
Every Saratoga resident deserves to feel safe at home, on the road, in parks, and throughout the community.
Jeri will prioritize the basics: emergency preparedness, wildfire readiness, safe streets, reliable public services, and strong coordination with first responders. As climate risks grow, local government must be ready - not reactive.
Jeri believes safety is not just about responding when something goes wrong. It is about planning ahead, investing wisely, and making sure residents have clear information when it matters most.
Let’s build a Saratoga that works for everyone
Jeri is running to protect Saratoga’s quality of life while preparing responsibly for the future. That takes leadership with experience, humility, and the courage to listen.
